Your LCA email is provided by Microsoft through LCA Portal. You access your email online at http://lca.org.au. Click on the portal link at the top of the page.
Your logon to webmail will be different to you email address. It will be the same as your computer logon. That is the first letter of your first name, then your lastname. eg. If my name was John Smith my logon would be email@example.com
Enter your logon as follows:
Enter your LCA email - click Next.
Enter your LCA password – click Sign in.
Authorise via your Authenticator app or code via SMS.
Your password would have been given to you by the LCA when you started with LCA. Your password is then changed regularly for your protection. When you change your Windows password, it will change you email password. Please note however, it can take up to 3 hours for the change to take effect.
Once opened you will be asked this question once:
Make sure you enter language as English (Australia)
Select the correct time zone for your area and “Save”
You then should have access to your mailbox.
You can access either email, calendar or people (contacts) by clicking on tile located at the center of the window.
